Morning - Street Food Tour 

Starts: 10am 

A short walking around the famous neighborhood of Barra highlights hidden spots to taste local flavors. On this tour, you will taste as acarajé, abará and learn the African influences behind each one. 

Then, you will prove a pastel, very popular on the streets, a pastel is fried dough with different fillings. While we walk on the beach sidewalk, refresh yourself with an açai bowl, to cheers a caipirinha the most famous Brazilian cocktail. 

On the way, you'll have the chance to try some candies too. All this overlooking the beautiful Barra Beach and the All Saints Bay.

A Quilombo is a settlement where escaped slaves took refuge and built communities in resistance, where they restored African culture and way of life. 

This tour gives an experience with traditional quilombo communities, led by the Griôs (the persons that have kept the knowledge of the ancestral traditions). 

You will learn about the cultural heritage not physically registered, such as habits, storytelling, customs, expressions, food techniques.
