“Breathe” is a trip that spans from the city markets with expert guides, indie beauty workshops and inspirational day trips to the thrumming jungles and guided experiences at Arenal Volcano, with its famed hanging bridges, giant waterfall, and thermal mineral pools. It’s a trip that takes the concept of conscious beauty and sustainability and  brings it to thrumming, thriving life - showing us how it's not only possible, but that other cultures have inbuilt practices we can learn from and adopt when it comes to circularity, respect, and stewardship.

Our landing pad “The Retreat” is located on a crystal-quartz mountain for a world-class nature inspired, holistic healing oasis that will nourish, and renew your mind, body, and soul. During our down time, you can relax and restore at the spa, book a spa treatment or massage, or enjoy a swim and soak at the pool.  All of our food at The Retreat is grown on the grounds, or is locally sourced, and is 100% organic.

Experience cultural immersion, gain new understanding of nature’s most lush ingredients such as Cacao, Avocado, Coffee and Aloe.
