Join Shivani in Bali to recharge and revitalize with seven incredible days of meditation and mindful yoga in an open-air sanctuary surrounded by lush rice fields and tropical ocean. Walk upstairs to the open-air eco-constructed bamboo yoga sanctuary for morning breath work, meditation, and mindful flow yoga. Each evening unwind with gentle hatha, restorative, yin yoga, and meditation. Experience Balinese culture by participating in a water temple ceremony, taking a vegan cooking class, visiting local villages and artisan markets, and giving back with charity work to support the local community. What’s included

Meals cooked with fruit and veggies from the Floating Leaf garden and prepared by a private chef, luxury double occupancy accommodation, daily yoga and meditation classes, yoga mats and props (but feel free to bring your own), vegan Balinese cooking class & cook book, water temple ceremony, traditional flower offering making class, airport transfer on the first and last day of the retreat, special welcome and farewell dinners, transport to local villages and artisan markets, wifi.



Not included

Flights, travel medical insurance (we require it!), Bali visa upon arrival (FREE for most countries), airport exit fee (~$20), alcohol, speciality coffees, extra snacks and fresh juices, spa services, additional activities.

Itinerary

An example of one of our days together
Day 2
Start the morning by walking upstairs to the open-air yoga sanctuary overlooking rice fields with a view of the Indian Ocean and holy Mount Agung volcano. Here you will feel invigorated by mindful flow yoga, breathe work and meditation. Then enjoy a fresh organic breakfast and relax by the healing pool. After lunch we'll learn to make a traditional flower offering for our visit to a beautiful temple where we will experience a water purification ritual. Calm and revitalized, you can spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing, or exploring local artisan markets. Finish off the day with gentle hatha, yin/restorative yoga and evening meditation to leave you feeling centred and peaceful before enjoying dinner prepared by a private chef with veggies from the Floating Leaf garden. Retreat to your luxury room for a quiet night, or connect with new friends before heading to bed. Tomorrow we'll take a vegan Balinese cooking class!
