This was an incredible trip. Ally thoughtfully planned out meals, yoga classes and adventures as well as down time for rest, local exploration and activities. The resort she chose was lovely with every detail anticipated by friendly staff. Meals were delicious and nutritious with allergens and preferences accommodated. We received clear communication before and during our trip so we didn't need to worry about what to pack, travel plans, schedule, etc. I really cannot say enough what a much-needed trip this was for my body, mind and soul. I would recommend booking a trip with Ally to anyone and I will definitely be booking another trip in the future!

Ally did a fabulous job leading our retreat to San Pedro, Belize. We had a great group of people and I really enjoyed the yoga, lounging in the pool and the sea, snorkeling with sharks, plunging in the ice bath and exploring town in golf carts. Even though we had a daily meal and yoga schedule we always had plenty of free time to relax and choose our own adventure. I did an optional excursion to the Blue Hole for three different snorkel spots and others went to the mainland to tour Mayan ruins, zipline and cave tube. I highly recommend traveling with Ally. She takes great care of everyone and makes sure we have a very memorable experience.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time on our second trip to Belize with Ally! We got to experience both the jungle & beaches, enjoy cultural excursions and interactive entertainment, and relax and grow together in a safe space. Ally puts together an amazing itinerary with good balance between yoga, exploring, and free time. We look forward to our next retreat with Ally!

This was my first yoga retreat and it was nothing short of amazing! Ally is a wonderful host and made sure that everything was seamless and fun. Both resorts were gorgeous and the staff, food and accommodations were top notch. We had the perfect balance of planned activities and free relaxation time. I loved watching all of the wildlife at Sweet Song and enjoyed the botanic gardens, the Mayan ruins, horseback riding, tubing in the river and relaxing in the pool. Thatch Caye was literally our own private island and I enjoyed doing yoga and then jumping right in the water. My chocolate wrap and massage was excellent and I loved the nightime activities we had like movie night on the beach, breath work under the stars, and learning the Belizean dances with local drummers. We had an awesome group of people and I felt right at home. I can't wait to go on another retreat with Ally!

I had a wonderful, relaxing time at this retreat with Ally! Her energy is amazing and her instruction and depth of knowledge is top notch. I loved the personalized attention she was able to provide to me and the other participants. The studio as perfect - beautiful, lots of space, windows, mirrors and in the woods where it was so peaceful and relaxing. I loved the two yoga classes with Ally's flair added in! The food was great and the other activities - vision board, nature walks, hot tub, fire pit and open space to relax were just what I needed for a day of wellness.
