This retreat is not for those that may have mobility issues - as the setting requires a 15 minute hike up a hill, parts of which can be quite steep, in order to get there. Porters will be on hand to help you carry your luggage - but you'll have to be able to carry yourself up there!

Your main host - Hart Floe - has been facilitating healing experiences for groups and 1-on-1s for over 6 years now. Holotropic Breathwork was one of the latest tools that he added to his kit - and has since enjoyed guiding people through the deeply healing medicine that's within all of us. When learning, he had a vision of bringing groups of people to a mountain top paradise to breathe and to heal - to lighten pain bodies and pave the way for ascension... and now, that vision is becoming a reality.

Alongside the regular Breathwork sessions, there'll be plenty of time for integration and reflection. There will also be a variety of other modalities shared, including but not limited to Mayan Temazcal, Cacao and Ecstatic Dance. Combining these elements together, this program is intended to leave you feeling lighter - brighter - energised and inspired.

Arco Isis Sanctuary is a Transformational Retreat and Garden Sanctuary located on the mountainside of San Marcos La Laguna, Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. Our mission is to bring joy and transformation to all those who visit us while at the same time making a positive impact in our local community. Our sanctuary is located about a 10-15 minute hike (yes, hike) above barrio 2 in San Marcos La Laguna. We currently have accommodations for 40 people overnight, or roughly 150 people for a day event. We have an outdoor temple platform, an indoor temple space (for weather days), a dining room, full kitchen, sweat lodge (accommodates 20 people), a peaceful nature seating and lots of private areas and grass lawn terraces. Included in your stay, there will also be: 

• Breathtaking views of Lake Atitlan 
• A Shared Dormitory, shared or private glamping tents or cabins 
• A café/ Lounge area with a private chef creating vegetarian/ vegan meals or sustainably sourced meats for an extra price 
• Hot Showers (or cold if that’s what you prefer), Wi-Fi, personal lockers, and a laundry service 
• Mayan Sauna 
• Bed linen cleaning service 
• Reverse Osmosis drinking water with a UV light (all produce gets an extra step with a OZ generator to insure all food is extra clean) 
• Provided Yoga Mats (used), straps, blocks and bolsters (for 25 people) But we encourage people to bring their own.
• 10% of profits go to a local non-profit organization Fincas Buenas.

** Here in Guatemala, we live in the Land of Eternal Spring, which means that the days are nice and warm but the nights can get pretty chilly (especially up the mountain). We want to remind you to pack accordingly, so bathing suits/ yoga/ lighter clothing during the day and jackets/ warm socks/ sweatpants at night. We want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable in this climate. ** Also, as a reminder, we are located a good 10-15 minute hike from the road so please bring a good pair of shoes with you!
