We also explore a beautiful island that has a fascinating history. Be surrounded by the natural beauty of the islands, and get an almost daily chance to jump into the turquoise waters surrounding the island. Relax and leave the planning to us as we show you the most beautiful spots on the island.
We will also have the option to sample the nightlife of the island, which is known Europe (and maybe even world) -wide as being one of the best.
Buddhi Yoga is a practice combining yoga asana, dance, kundalini kriyas, cardio, plyometric movement, and ... twerking ! Created by Jen Liming on the Big Island of Hawaii, it is an amazing practice that centers your mind, body and spirit. The practice will push you to challenge what your body is capable of, but it will also make you laugh, love, and connect to your strength, sexuality, and sacral chakra.
For those who have not experienced this form of practice yet, it can be a bit intimidating as it challenges you to leave behind any societal judgements and to move your body in ways that may at first feel strange. However, everyone who has every tried Buddhi has sworn by it as not only an intense physical work out, but also a spiritual experience.
