Join Erica Hartnick, Alex Lanau, and Friends at the YOGA FARM for 7 days and nights of good vibes! During this week we will explore:

-Conscious Cooking through healthy recipes and easy food prep concepts

-How to gently reduce food waste

-Daily movement and living yoga

-Life off-the-grid

-Acts of forming good habits while discarding non-serving ones 

-How creating and building community is essential to our evolution

-The importance of developing a deeper relationship with the Nature that provides us food

-Listening to our bodies: tending our inner soil and internal waters

Celebrate Flavors, Form, and Friends as we explore these realms as the foundations of wellness. The Yoga Farm is a rustic off-the-grid yoga center and sustainable living project located on Costa Rica’s southernmost Pacific coast. Set amidst beautiful tropical rainforest, overlooking open ocean, and one of the most biologically diverse places in the world, it is an ideal space for those looking to reconnect with mind, body, and nature. Passionate humans, incredible wildlife, delicious food, and magical land. Let’s share our wisdom and grow together!

This event is for you if…

-You would like to deepen your knowledge and relationship with Nutrition, Yoga, and Living Simply.

-You have an interest to learn more about Food, Movement, and Community as Foundations of Wellness.

-You are a Yoga Student, Yoga Teacher, and/or Wellness Practitioner interested in Continuing Education, Learning New Skills, and Creative Inspiration.

***Open to ALL LEVELS. It is not necessary to have much experience. All that is required is a desire and curiosity to learn!

DEPOSIT 

***To reserve your spot on this retreat, please make a $300 deposit. The deposit is completely non-refundable.  

FULL PAYMENT (due within 30 days of event - February 14, 2020)

When you reserve, you may either pay in full or just pay the deposit. Upon receipt of your payment we will send you a confirmation of your deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start date of this event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Deposits are non-refundable. However, we will allow you to gift or sell the remainder of your event ticket (minus the deposit) to another person if for some reason you are unable to make it. We also always recommend the purchase of travel insurance just to be safe.
