Designed with a modern, minimalist vibe and seamless indoor–outdoor living, the villa comfortably sleeps large groups and features a spacious great room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and expansive outdoor spaces including a private pool, BBQ area, sun loungers, and outdoor dining.

Each of the 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms for our guests offers comfort and privacy, with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The villa includes concierge service, and can be paired with a neighboring villa for even larger groups (once main residence is fully booked, we can potentially create a waitlist for anyone else wanting to join us in the neighboring villa-smaller rooms, same experience).

Located within Hacienda Pinilla, guests enjoy access to premium amenities including beach club privileges, golf, surf breaks, fitness facilities, and nearby dining.

The space

The house features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dinner table, a TV lounge, all opened on the outside, with a comfortable terrace, sun beds, a pool, a lounge and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, ice machine, fridge and a wide dinner table.

(The villa is fully equipped with a huge living-room able to host up to 24 guests. For even larger groups, the next villa (Villa Twilight Tree) can be combined, which is a twin smaller version (5-bed). Dedicated concierge service included.)

✈️ Getting There

Flights are not included in the retreat package. Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare to and from Liberia International Airport (LIR).

Private round-trip airport transportation is included on the official retreat arrival and departure days. Guests will be met at the airport by Growing Boundlessly and our trusted local transportation team and transferred directly to Hacienda Pinilla. Return transportation to the airport is also included at the conclusion of the retreat.

✅ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 17. Upon arrival at the villa, guests will be personally welcomed by our staff, escorted to their thoughtfully assigned accommodations, and presented with curated welcome gifts designed to set the tone for a restorative stay.

☑️ Check-out is at 9:30 AM on Sunday, June 21. Guests are kindly asked to be fully packed and ready for departure at this time to ensure a seamless transition and coordinated airport transportation.

Arrival Window & Transportation Note

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR FLIGHT ARRIVES IN LIBERIA NO LATER THAN 1:30 PM To ensure a smooth and coordinated group arrival, private airport transportation is arranged for guests whose flights arrive within the recommended arrival window.

Guests arriving outside of the designated arrival window (after 2:00 PM on June 17 or on alternate days) will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the villa. Pinilla does have ride share services like Uber and Lyft. Our concierge team is happy to assist with recommendations or coordination upon request.

To make planning easy, we’ve included suggested flight options from Chicago, IL (ORD) to Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR).
