At 4:00 pm, step aboard and leave survival mode behind.

At 5:00 pm, join the Welcome & Values Clarification session to set intentions, reconnect with what truly matters, and redefine burnout recovery as an evolving process, not a finish line.

At 7:45 pm, unwind over a group dinner, building connections with like-minded professionals who, like you, are ready to reset, realign, and move forward with clarity.


This isn’t just a retreat—it’s your turning point.

DAY 2 - SEA DAY

Breaking Free from Burnout – Mindset & Emotional Renewal

Start your day at 7:30 am with a Sunrise Sound Bath & Breathwork, grounding yourself in clarity and intention. Over breakfast at 8:00 am, prepare for a morning of deep work.


From 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, engage in ACT Workshop #1: Embracing Psychological Flexibility, learning to shift from burnout survival mode to intentional action. After lunch and guided journaling at 12:00 pm, continue the process with ACT Workshop #2: Emotional Regulation & Self-Compassion at 1:00 pm, unhooking from self-judgment and reconnecting with resilience.


From 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, take intentional free time—whether through spa treatments, fitness, entertainment, or quiet reflection on the sun deck. At 7:00 pm, close the day with a Sunset Reflection Circle, releasing emotional exhaustion in a supportive space. End the evening with dinner and meaningful connections at 7:45 pm.

Exploration & Play – Catalina Island

Begin the day with a Sunrise Sound Bath & Meditation at 7:30 am, setting the tone for presence and renewal. Enjoy a nourishing breakfast before stepping into a full day of exploration and play from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm—a chance to reconnect with joy, adventure, and spontaneity.


Take time for a Guided Wellness Walk & Reflection, or explore independently. Journal on “When was the last time I truly played?” and notice what comes up.


At 5:00 pm, gather for a Sunset Connection Circle, uncovering what joy looks like beyond burnout. End the day with dinner and meaningful connection at 7:45 pm, reinforcing the balance between fun, reflection, and well-being.


This isn’t just a break—it’s a reminder of what it means to feel fully alive.

Take Action In Your Life

Start the day with a Sunrise Sound Bath & Breathwork at 7:30 am, grounding yourself in clarity and presence. From 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, explore the port and practice wellness and boundaries in action, choosing experiences that align with your values.


At 2:00 pm, join ACT Workshop #3: Clarifying Values & Taking Committed Action, ensuring your growth extends beyond the retreat. The evening closes with a Farewell Dinner & Empowerment Ceremony at 5:00 pm, celebrating your transformation and setting intentions for sustainable well-being.


At 7:45 pm, gather for a final dinner, reinforcing connection, clarity, and the commitment to living with purpose.

Integration & Personal Commitment – The Next Chapter

At 7:00 am, close your retreat experience with a Final Sunrise Wellness Ritual & Commitment Ceremony, solidifying your next steps. At 8:00 am, disembark with clarity, renewed energy, and a sustainable plan to prevent burnout long after the retreat ends.
