Its day break in the motherland.  Today you will set out for an introduction into the capital. 

You will do a comprehensive ride around the city to give you an overview of what the capital feels and looks like.  

From a business stand point, it will help you see for yourself whether or not you will want to have your business stationed here.

Today, your team will visit the Ghana Investment and Promotion Center to engage with the office on issues of business permit in Ghana as a foreigner.

You will also make a stop at the Ghana Export Promotion Authority the agency responsible for  facilitating export of Ghana products. 

You will also make a stop at the beyond the return office. They are facilitate the initiative by the president to get diasporans to invest in Ghana. They will be a great resoiurce to point you in the right direction.

Today, we will have a seminar that dives into Ghana's business space and discuss some investment opportunities available. We will also hear the stories of some business people that have succeeded in their fields and the lessons learned.

You will have your questions and concerns about doing business in Africa addressed.

We will do an activity to focus on business idea and industry that aligns s with purpose and passion. 

This will be followed by an intentional networking session to meet other entrepreneurs in the country to build potential business connections.

Second Day of Class-Night Time

Today, the group would be taken out to visit some businesses where there are opportunities for investment and potential partnerships. 

Choose which sector you are interested in seeing. 

We will also engage some stakeholders in some selected sectors.

This will be a day in the field to see businesses in action.

Fifth Day of Class-Night Time

Wake up with your breakfast buffet ready to go.  

Today, you call the shots on how you spend the day.  You may decide to go shopping at the biggest mall in the city or go swimming in the Atlantic Ocean.  For those who enjoy Art work you may want to check out some of the city's best galleries. We recommend you try the local transport (trotro).  You can have tasting of chocolates made from Ghana's finest cocoa.   Don't forget to try one of Accra's staple dishes Banku and Tilapia accompanied by a bottle of chilled Orijin a made in Ghana beer. 

Take sometime to follow up or possibly meet some of the contacts you made during the seminar.

Fourth Day of Class-Night Time

Today, we journey to the central region to visit the Cape Coast slave castle where it all began.   We will experience the horror of the dungeons where  slaves were kept to await the ships.  After, we will pass through the "door of no return"  where slaves exited and left their homeland. Today, the "door of no return" has been commemorated as the "door of return" to await the descendants of those who were forcefully taken. 

We will have an official welcome home ceremony here.

Kakum is a preserved rain forest with a canopy walkway that is suspended 30 meters above the ground on tree tops.

Step out into the bustling city. We will visit the Black star square where Ghana was declared independent from the British.

We will also visit the Kwame Nkrumah Museum to learn about the emancipation of Africa and the lagacy of Ghana's first president.  

We will stop for shopping at Accra's biggest Art market.
