Hi, we're Kayl & Lisa! From age 2 to now, we have been taking & leading trips in MN's most beautiful wilderness area, the BWCAW. As a Yoga Instructor, I (Kayl) believe our inner voice is the one most worth listening to and encourage my students to be curious and adventurous within a supportive environment. The BWCA is truly the best place to unplug from all the noise and get in touch with YOU. And to have a little (read: A LOT) of fun!

Reviews

Absolutely gorgeous trip -- endless waters, beautiful sunsets, thick green trees. Kayl and Lisa were amazing leaders, teaching us and joining us in portaging, canoeing, carrying packs, filtering water, building fires, and leaving no trace. There was a perfect balance of excursions, yoga, and personal time. I particularly loved our hike out to a waterfall swimming hole, and reading on the shore of our camp. I was also grateful for their accommodations for food -- they provided absolutely everything we could want -- and gave us plant-based eaters great options. Would absolutely recommend trusting these women to bring you on an adventure!
