Rules for Online Booking and Payment

Online Booking is NON-REFUNDABLE for any Reason.​ Make sure that if you need to reschedule your jump you call us at  least 24 hrs in advance. If you don't know a new day that works for you we will e-mail you a Gift Certificate for the amount you paid to be used towards a future jump. If you reschedule your jump less than 24 hrs in advance then you will be charged $50 rescheduling fee and receive a Gift Certificate for the amount you paid minus $50 .

If the jump is canceled due to bad weather, temporary runway closure, unexpected aircraft maintenance, surprise FAA inspection, etc. then you will receive a Gift Certificate for the amount you paid to be used towards a future jump.

La reserva en línea NO ES REEMBOLSABLE por ningún motivo. Asegúrese de que si necesita reprogramar su salto, llámenos con al menos 24 horas de anticipación., le enviaremos por correo electrónico un certificado de regalo por el monto que pagó para usarlo en un salto futuro. Si reprograma su salto con menos de 24 horas de anticipación, se le cobrará una tarifa de reprogramación de $50 y recibirá un certificado de regalo por el monto que pagó menos $50.

Si el salto se cancela debido a mal tiempo, cierre temporal de la pista, mantenimiento inesperado de la aeronave, inspección sorpresa de la FAA, etc., recibirá un certificado de regalo por el monto que pagó para usarlo en un salto futuro.
