Relax, rejuvenate and have fun in the company of other wonderful women on this glorious daylong yoga, meditation and self care retreat with Clare.  Our day begins with a morning yoga practice on the beach, feeling the sand between our toes and the fresh ocean breeze in our hair.  Then, Clare will  guide us on a gentle walk to our next destination, a private, magical secret garden.  Here we will share a delicious organic al fresco lunch, filling our senses with wonderful food and company.  After lunch find a shady nook to relax, wander the substantial gardens, read a book, visit with new or old friends, journal by the pond, have a swim in a beautiful warm pool or feel free to wander into town.  Follow your bliss.  Then, join Clare for a restorative yin practice and a deeply relaxing guided meditation and sound bath in these beautiful gardens.  Our closing circle will be a nourishing tea ritual where Clare will share self care insights for the fall season and you will head home with your own special tea formulation.  Many surprises abound on this delight filled daylong retreat with Clare.  Enjoy this little piece of paradise as you feed your senses and honor your inner goddess with radiant, joyful replenishment.
