Arrivals from 3pm on Day 1. Room check-out by 11am on Day 3.
You're welcome to stay and enjoy the facilities until late afternoon on the final day.

The hot tub is tucked away in its own outbuilding, complete with ambient lighting and tranquil vibes — perfect for evening unwinds.
Our large suites feature super king or king-size beds, each with its own private ensuite. Designed for deep rest and personal space whenever you need it.
Wake up to a nourishing breakfast, enjoy a wholesome lunch, and share a beautifully prepared evening meal with others.
Weather depending, we’ll fire up the BBQ and eat outdoors, soaking up the fresh air and sunshine.
Experience a deep sense of calm and stillness in your included float therapy session. It’s a chance to completely switch off from the outside world and drop into a state of pure relaxation.
With a maximum of 8 people, our retreats are intentionally intimate. This allows for meaningful connections, personalised support, and a genuine sense of community.
The retreat is set on a stunning private estate, surrounded by woodland and wildlife. Take mindful walks, spot deer on the land, and enjoy the stillness that only nature can offer.

Float therapy, or sensory deprivation, involves floating in a saltwater tank to relax and reduce stress. It promotes mindfulness, introspection, and tranquility, improving mental well-being.
Breathwork involves rhythmic breathing techniques. Benefits include stress reduction, increased mindfulness, emotional release, and spiritual exploration.
A concert for the soul. Sound baths deeply immerse you in sounds and vibrations that have the power to cleanse and heal; relaxing the body and calming the mind.
Our chef lovingly prepares delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Using organic produce and a variety of vegetarian foods, you can relax, enjoy, and leave your taste buds truly satisfied.
Our facilities include a hot tub, infrared sauna, and private gym. Enjoy a relaxing soak, detoxify in the sauna, or stay fit in our well-equipped gym
