This was an amazing trip. I brought a group of 18 people from the states to Cuzco and they were all so happy with this experience. The train entertainment, our guides (Carlos & Anita) were exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about Machupicchu. The entire trip was well organized. Thank you to Kathy as well. She explained everything so well and was with us in part of the trip.

He made sure we were comfortable throughout our journey, sharing interesting facts about the local culture and history along the way. Our tour guides, Samuel,Ronal, were nothing short of exceptional. Samuel's enthusiasm for the history of Machu Picchu was contagious, and his insights truly enriched our experience. Samuel guided us through the stunning landscapes of the Seven Colors Mountain with expert care, ensuring we captured every beautiful moment. Their passion for their work and dedication to providing us with the best experience was evident at every turn. The organization and attention to detail from the travel agency were impeccable, making the entire trip seamless and enjoyable. I can’t recommend them highly enough! AW was an amazing travel agency! They took care of all the details and informed me about everything every step of the way. They customized my itinerary based on what I wanted and my budget. It was easy and a pleasure to work with them. I did not give 5-stars because there were a few flaws (maybe on my part) about how intense certain tours were. My family (group of 9) had children and when I booked some of the tours, they were too intense that in the end we did not enjoy them as much as we would have hoped. I suggest you do your own research and then tell the travel company EXACTLY what you want. Also, we had one tour guide that didn't explain much of what we were seeing but this was not the travel agency's fault. Overall, I would totally recommend AW to family and friends. Thanks!
