Day 2 — Sarria → Morgade (11 km)
Our Camino begins. This gentle opening stage allows us to ease into the rhythm of pilgrimage while walking through forests, quiet villages, and the beautiful Galician countryside.
Day 3 — Morgade → Portomarín (10 km)
A relaxed morning walk leads us to the historic town of Portomarín. After crossing the Miño River, we'll explore this unique village, rebuilt stone by stone after the original town was submerged beneath a reservoir.
Day 4 — Portomarín → Palas de Rei (23 km)
Today is our longest walking day as we travel through rural Galicia, passing small hamlets, woodland paths, and rolling countryside. The steady rhythm of the trail invites conversation, reflection, and a deeper connection to the pilgrimage experience.
Day 5 — Palas de Rei → Melide (15 km)
A shorter stage allows us to slow down and enjoy the journey. Along the way, we'll visit a women-owned organic herb farm and learn about traditional Galician plants, flavors, and herbal remedies before arriving in the lively pilgrim town of Melide.
Day 6 — Melide → Arzúa (13 km)
Today's gentle walk winds through forests, farmland, and peaceful villages. With fewer kilometers to cover, there is time to savor the scenery, enjoy the company of fellow pilgrims, and embrace the slower pace of the Camino.
Day 7 — Arzúa → O Pedrouzo (18 km)
As Santiago draws nearer, excitement begins to build. We continue through eucalyptus groves and rural landscapes, carrying with us the memories, conversations, and experiences that have shaped the journey so far.
Day 8 — O Pedrouzo → Santiago de Compostela (19 km)
Our final walking day. Together we make our way into Santiago de Compostela, where pilgrims have arrived for centuries. Reaching the cathedral is a powerful and emotional moment—a celebration of perseverance, friendship, and the journey itself.
Day 9 — Departure from Santiago
After breakfast, it's time to say goodbye (for now). Departures from Santiago de Compostela and onward journeys home.
