Camp Bramble is a three-day camp experience for women, nestled in Maine's Lakes and Mountains region. 300 acres of fields and forest, with more than half a mile of waterfront, and all just an hour outside of Portland.
For one long summer weekend, we fill a historic lakeside camp with curious, creative women from all walks of life. Together we swim, learn, laugh, cry if we need to, dance, make things with our hands, and rediscover the simple pleasure of being at camp.
Between the tree line and the water, there is a weekend waiting for you.
Friday welcomes you as early as 10:00am. Arrive when you can, settle in slowly, and let the edges of the week begin to soften. Wake up to the sound of loons from the lake. Days are filled with creative workshops and movement offerings. There is also a spot by the water, a trail, or a hammock with your name on it. Nights are built around shared meals, campfires, and dance parties.
The cabins are bunk style, simple and shared. We think something special happens when you see a sky full of stars and read by flashlight. All meals are included from our Friday welcome picnic through a beautiful Sunday brunch.
Bare feet on grass, a project with your hands, an afternoon swim. Camp bramble is for women who crave a weekend away, where creativity, connection, and the beauty of nature can work their magic.
When was the last time you ran straight towards the water? Laid on your back and found animals in the clouds? Laughed like a witch with new friends around a fire? We created a weekend to connect with the feeling of summer camp, and we saved you a spot.
lodging. Shared just like summer camp! Camp Bramble is spread across 27 rustic cabins with exposed beams, bunk beds, and details that feel genuinely like camp. Cabins sleep up to 14 with the lake never far from view. All cabins are steps away from shower houses, which serve as your bathroom facilities and have hot water. Our central lodge is always open to gather, charge your phone, or just hang.
food/drinks. All meals are included from Friday lunch through Sunday brunch. Think classic camp food done well — fresh, satisfying, and meant to be eaten with good company. Most allergies and dietary restrictions can be accommodated, just let us know at checkout.
alcohol. Crisp white wine is included at Friday's oyster kickoff. Cocktails and mocktails will be flowing at Saturday's dance party. Each cabin will be stocked with a cooler and ice so you can bring your favorite beer, wine, or whatever you like to sip on in between.
cancellation policy. You may cancel within 72 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, all bookings are final and non-refundable. We understand that life happens and recommend purchasing travel insurance. We're unable to make exceptions for any reason, including illness, injury, weather, or personal emergencies.
