U.S. regulations grant a 24-hour window for cancellations with a full refund. However, once this period has elapsed, all payments become final and non-refundable. Additionally, securing your international flights is your sole responsibility, and any last-minute arrangements may result in higher fares. drfter holds no liability for these circumstances, and any subsequent cancellations will not warrant credits or refunds.

drfter (Spurlock Investments LLC) retains the right to cancel or reschedule a trip in the event of exceptional circumstances.

Fees: Upon the fifth day of non-payment, an automatic charge of a $50 late fee will be applied. If two consecutive monthly installments are missed, your booking will be automatically canceled, resulting in the forfeiture of all previously made payments

Ensuring timely payments through payment reminders is entirely your responsibility, and drfter (Spurlock Investments LLC) is not accountable for providing payment reminders. As a participant in any drfter trip, it is your duty to ensure compliance with all country, airline, or vendor prerequisites, including vaccines and other necessary documents. Failure to obtain the required documents or any abrupt alterations in country/airline requirements leading to your cancellation will not be eligible for a refund or credit. 

All requests for cancellation must be received in writing via email at hello@drfter.com. Cancellations cannot be made online.

Arrival

You will be greeted at the airport by our roundtrip shuttle driver. The driver will escort you from the airport to the our jungle villa.

When you arrive, you will receive your welcome package and a cold beverage of your choice.

Once settled in, feel free to explore the expansive grounds. Soak in the scenery and the sounds of Tulum.

Welcome Reception Pool Party with Food 

In the evening, all the campers will be treated to a welcome reception pool party. Get to meet your fellow campers, taste local fare and imbibe tropical cocktails. Take a dip in the pool, then dry off from the warm Mexican air.
