Saturday will begin with meditation and pranayama (breath work) followed by an active yoga practice and then a continental breakfast. After lunch there will be ample time to hang out in the gorgeous lake, take a hike, canoe on the lake, play horseshoe, croquet, read or nap! For those of you who wish to do some workshops to advance your practice, there will be a couple options in the afternoon.
