¿What's our Cancun airport meet and greet?

Known as Fast Track, we provide the following Cancun airport services:

Arrival:

·         Passengers reception at the airplane gates with personalized banners. 

·         Fast track through immigration (must have passport and boarding pass ready). Immigration will review your documents as they must, and we have no control over their process.

·         Baggage claim assistance at the carousel, until the airline has delivered them all. (Baggage claim time variate as per the airline operation and logistics)

·         Customs company, subject to random customs revision.

·         We lead you to the booked transportation area until you are with our driver.

Departures:

·         Our greeter receives you directly from the car 3 hrs before your flight.

·        Priority check in. For this, we need all the documents requested by your airline ready.

·         Security filters fast track. Subject to items revision as per officer's discretion.

·         Lounge access to relax before your flight. Lounge works from 07:30 to 20:00 hrs.

·         Your greeter will inform your boarding gate. Any other assistance you may need should be informed to your greeter.
