Itinerary

Friday Evening
Canmore Meet Up

Friday night is your night to get to know everyone. There are some books and games at the hut, as well as some snacks for everyone to dig in to.

If you are the first to arrive head to the main cabin and the Alpine Club of Canada will give you a key to enter the cabin. Everyone will slowly arrive throughout the evening.

At 8 pm The Lady Alliance Representative coordinating the trip will bring everyone into the main room to have an official welcome.

During the welcome chat we will discuss safety precautions that must be followed during the time of the meet up. We will also review any gear that will be used, and hand out waviers and information packages for everyone.

We will also discuss food prep and clean up.

Remember: This trip's schedule is flexible. You will get to decide how far you want to go each day.

The Lady Alliance
As one of Canada’s largest all female adventure communities The Lady Alliance strives to break down barriers and get women outside. Our goal is to provide adventures and courses for women, connecting them to a growing community of adventurer-seekers world-wide. The Lady Alliance is a highly engaged community, looking to create a safe and encouraging space where ladies can grow, learn and explore together. "WOW! This past September long weekend, I participated in an amazing weekend of adventure organized by The Lady Alliance. I did not know any of the other ladies before this weekend so I was unsure what to expect but within the first few hours I felt like I had instantly made 28 new friends!" - Amanda Bonner - The Lady Alliance Facebook Page.
