After breakfast, we will visit the Elmina Castle, built by the Portuguese
in 1482 is the oldest and the biggest slave castle in Ghana. You will get
to see the slave dungeons, the door of no return, and the prison where
one of the Kings of Ashanti was imprisoned.
We will also visit the Kakum National Park and walk on the canopy
walkway, which is made up of bridges suspended in the air, supported by
the big trees in the forest. The Canopy Walkway is suspended 11 to 40 meters above the ground, and bridges give a bird's eye view as well as a breathtaking view of the forest.
