We pick you up from Nevşehir or Kayseri airport and take you to your hotel. After a quick lunch, our first tour “North Cappadocia” starts. North Cappadocia tour includes Uchisar Castle,Goreme Open Air Museum, Love Valley, Fairy Chimneys and Devrent Dream Valley.
We are starting to see the unique beauties of Cappadocia one by one. Our first point is Uchisar Castle which is the most iconic places in Cappadocia. You came to Cappadocia and enjoyed the balloon tour, but if you want to watch the view from the land, the place you should change your route should be Uchisar Castle!
Second point is Goreme Open Air Museum, one of the most mystical places in Cappadocia. The story of the Open-Air Museum began in the 4th century AD, during the early Christian times. Monastery life dominated the valley when the Bishop St. Basil, came to the region and began to spread his teachings and train students. Where almost every rock has been carved into places of worship, living and teaching, and where sanctity is combined with art in every aspect, was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1985. This Museum area should be at the top of the list of things to do/see in Cappadocia.
Then we pass to the Love Valley. The length of the Love Valley is 4900 meters. A beauty that will never regret you will be waiting for you at the end of the road. The most important feature of Cappadocia and Love Valley and the elements that make this place wonderful are undoubtedly the fairy chimneys. If you want, you can also take “ATV Tour” in Love Valley.
We are passing to the most famous point, without doubt, of Cappadocia, Fairy Chimneys. Fairy chimneys are rock formations that occur when rain, wind and flood waters erode the tuff structure. They are usually in shape of conical. On the tops of these formations, whose fairy chimneys are in the form of towers, there is a rock block, which is a harder layer. You won't be able to take your eyes off these formations that smell of history.
Our last point in North Cappadocia Tour is Devrent Dream Valley. It would not be an exaggeration to say that you explore the valley by dreaming, not by walking like other Cappadocia valleys, because Avanos Devrent Valley is also called 'Dream Valley’. You will not see churches, Roman tombs or settlements carved from the rocks, but as we said at the beginning, you will create your own fairy tale with your own heroes in this valley.
