Carnival Conquest

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your deposit.

1. Passport Requirements
A passport is NOT required for this cruise; however, it is highly recommended for smoother boarding and re-entry procedures. If you have one, please use it.  You will only need a birth certificate and valid state identification card or drivers license. If you have a Passport, the ID and Birth Certificate is not needed, the passport will take the place of both pieces of ID.

2. Deposit & Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $75 per person is required to secure your cabin. Rates are subject to change until all deposits for a cabin are received.

Please note that a $25 non-refundable agency service fee is included in your total booking cost and is collected as part of the initial deposit. This fee is paid directly to JB Luxury Travels LLC for professional planning, booking, and pre-departure services and is separate from the cruise fare charged by the cruise line.

👉 All roommates must pay their deposit before the cabin can be officially secured.

3. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your package but is highly recommended.

• You will have 21 days from the date your deposit is made to purchase insurance.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• JB Luxury Travels LLC and its partners do not issue refunds for any reason.

• In the event of cancellation, you must file a claim through your travel insurance provider for any reimbursement. (Insurance provider options will be shared after booking is confirmed.)
  Note: We strongly encourage you to review the terms and coverage details directly with the provider before purchase.

4. Final Payment Deadline
Final balances must be paid no later than April 20th, 2026.
Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Travel Documents
All travel documents will be emailed 21–30 days prior to departure.

6. Cancellations & Changes
All cancellation requests or changes must be submitted in writing via email to:

7. Payment Reminders
Automatic reminders will be sent to all participants:

• 7 days before a payment due date

• 3 days before the due date

• On the due date

• 2 days after if payment is missed ("Late Notice")

8. Monthly Payment Policy
To keep your reservation active, monthly payments are required.
You may:

• Pay the suggested monthly amount

• Pay more or less than the suggested amount

• But a payment must be received each month to avoid cancellation.
