• 8 am      - Yoga Practice. Morning classes are generally a combination of Soft      Vinyasa flow with a foundation in Hatha yoga where proper alignment and      synchronizing breath with postures are fundamental to the practice.  

• 9:14 -       Enjoy a  detox breakfast,      with power smoothies and fresh tropical fruits at the hotel

• Free      time, walk      to El Valle Beach and explore the secluded stretchy local beach.
• 1 pm      - We meet again for lunch       at the beach.  Taste a typical Dominican meal made with local      ingredients and fresh fish

• 5      pm – Healing Drums 

Join the experienced Daniel Abreu, an international facilitator of the Work that Reconnects & percussionist of sacred drum circles and Ayala Etxebarri, reiki master and singer of medicine music for a one in a lifetime experience. We leave the property in silence , guided by torches for a 5 minute walk to the beach where a bonfire and instruments await us.

• 8 pm - Gourmet Dinner at the Hotel

8 am      – Yoga practice 

The morning practice goal is to increase energy but also align the mind and spirit for the day ahead.

11 am – Fronton excursion. Depart  the Lodge on our private transportation      for a 40 minute ride to the small      town of Las Galeras . From Las Galeras we board a fisherman’s boat that      takes us to the pristine beach of Fronton, one of the most secluded and      beautiful of the province. Enjoy time at the beach, snorkeling and a pic      nic lunch.

5 pm      - Evening meditation

8 pm – Gourmet dinner at the hotel

8 am      – Yoga practice. Two mornings we will learn      and practice a yin/yang class.  It begins with a sequence of Tai Chi      and yoga movements repeated over and over to increase chi/prana/energy and      focuses on the large muscles of the body followed by a slow deep stretch      yin practice where we hold postures in resting positions on our mats and      focus on the small connective tissue of the body.    This class      is special and often unique to our guests at El Valle Lodge.

9:14 -      Enjoy detox breakfast, with power smoothies and fresh      tropical fruits at the hotel 

11 am – Trekking to hidden Cataño waterfall. Explore      the surrounding tropical jungle following a lazy river , to reach the hidden waterfall and natural      pool of El cataño. 

1:30 pm – Lunch at the Lodge & free time

6 pm      – depart the Lodge to hacienda      Cocuyo for sunset drinks & dinner with the best views in samana.

8 am      – Yoga Practice . A combination of different techniques.

9:14 am  -  Enjoy      detox breakfast, with power smoothies and fresh tropical      fruits at the hotel 

11 am – A day at the charming town of Las      Terrenas. Enjoy the beautiful beaches and town life of the small European      settlement of las Terrenas, wander around its pinturesque streets or      indulge with a lunch in one of the front water restaurants.

4 pm – Return to El Valle Lodge 

6 pm – Evening meditation . Transcendental is the most used by our instructor where      the  goal is to transcend or rise above a person current state of      being with the help of a mantra.   We will also practice loving      kindness meditation and mindful meditation both are guided  meditations. 

8pm  – Gourmet dinner at the hotel 

8 am – Yoga practice at the beach

9:15   -  Enjoy detox breakfast, with power smoothies and      fresh tropical fruits at the hotel 

Ermitaño Excursion. A      15 minute boat ride will take you      to El Ermitaño beach, an unspoiled jewel for you to discover.

6 pm - Evening meditation

8pm  - Cooking class ( spices &      seasonings) & gourmet dinner at the Lodge

8 am – Yoga practice
