Caritas Smile, is a pro-mission, non-profit organization with a drive to empower communities. We partner with Take a Trip Change a Life programs. We offer a combination of soulful trips that enrich your life through  mindfulness, and self love while doing random acts of kindness. Travelers in our signature program, Take a Trip Change A Life Program perform random acts of kindness (community service offering activities with kids) in local communities in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. We not only improve lives, but engage with the community, go on hikes, swim in rivers and beaches, learn about the rich art, food, and music of the country.

Our team will be at the airport to welcome you at the airport to take you to the

Casa de Campo Dream Home in the mountains. Welcome dinner celebration and time to get to know each other. Your life changing adventure starts esta noche!

A day to give back and leave with our hearts more full than when we arrived. Your program fee is used to help build a community (i.e. home, school, sport field). Mindfulness sessions will be offered daily and you will recieve a handmade journal created by our Caritas Smile kids. 

Today we travel to the deep rural areas of Monción and prepare for our Art with kids activity. We’ll be creating beautiful art with Dominican kids at a local school.

This is Caritas Smile signature program! Volunteers surprise and deliver educational

supplies, art, toys, clothes to families in need.

Our full beach day in this northern region will be unforgettable! We’ll celebrate our work by taking a boat tour and experience beach life.

We spend the morning reflecting on our transforamtive adventure and memories that we created together.
