Deposit & Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due by August 1, 2020 - regardless of the purchase of insurance, deposits are NOT refundable for this trip.  A monthly payment plan is available, as we encourage you to make small payments leading up to the final payment date.  Please note that credit & debit card payments can incur a 2.5% processing fee, using an e-check from your bank account is free. 

Final Payment: Due by January 16, 2021 

Airfare: Flights are not included in the prices listed, as airfare is currently not available for April 2021. When rates are available, your travel agent, Seantay Walker will notify those that have booked and will give the option to add flights. A separate air deposit will be due at the time you add your flights; this information will be communicated at the time flights are announced.

Cancellations: If you have to cancel your plans for travel, you are required to do so in writing (via email: info@xscape2paradise.com)  - an email is required from each person that is canceling, with the exception of married couples. Please note that all cancellations maybe subject to penalty.  ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED A 100% CANCELLATION FEE with no refund.  If a missed flight or any other delay - for any reason prevents you from attending, you will be responsible for re-booking a different flight or you will be considered a no-show. Please note that your decision not to travel due to State Department advisories or fear of travel will constitute cancellation by you. No refund or credit will be given for any unused features or early departures for any reason.

Vacation Protection:  We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your vacation investment in the event of changes or cancellations. The deposit for this trip is 100% non-refundable, even with the purchase of insurance. 

There are two options for vacation protection to cover your reservation: 

Cashback - should you have to cancel your reservation, you will receive a cash refund in the amount that you paid, minus the cost of insurance and the $100 non-refundable deposit. 

Voucher - should you have to cancel your reservation, you will receive a voucher that can be used towards a future vacation in the amount that you paid, minus the cost of insurance and the $100 non-refundable deposit. 

The cost of your vacation protection is based on the option you select and the number of nights of your stay:

Cashback option for 3 and 4 nights: $79 per person

Cashback option for 5 nights: $99 per person

Voucher option for 3 and 4 nights: $39 per person

Voucher option for 5 nights: $59 per person

The cost of insurance is due at the time it's added.  This coverage only covers the land portion of your vacation (your resort stay); once flights are purchased, coverage details will be provided.

It is better to have travel insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it! Your are able to purchase insurance through a 3rd party company; some credit card companies and employers offer coverage, if you purchase on your own - a “cancel for any reason” policy is recommended.
