Our merchant account is with WeTravel.  This allows our clients to make payments  via personal checks or major credit/debit cards.  We also accept payments via phone, with a major credit or debit card, Cash App and Paypal.  FLYING ANGELS TRAVELS also accept payments of checks and money orders by mail.  Final payments MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL  30 days BEFORE the FINAL payment due date.

 All payments to Flying Angels Travels are non-refundable and

non- transferable. This is because Flying Angels Travels has contractual agreements with

hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we

can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments for

your vacation.  All payments and deposits  are non-refundable. But if you purchased Travel Insurance you can put in a claim, WHICH MUST MEET THE QUALIFYING REASON WITH YOUR SELECTED INSURANCE POLICY.  

Required: Spelling of names, including middle name or initial, must exactly match your government-issued ID.  Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper

travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to

determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid

at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in

the passport for stamping purposes. All participants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity and at least two (2) blank pages

Name changes  be accepted up until FORTY-FIVE (45) days prior to departure, but are subject to the provisions of our airline partners. Name changes requested after travel documents are issued will be assessed a $200.00 per person name change fee PLUS any additional fees the airline may require due to repricing the reservation.

All persons travelling to Jamaica require a Travel Authorization document. A Travel Authorization is NOT required to book your vacation package. It is however a requirement for check-in and boarding and the airlines will not allow passengers to board without it. In order to obtain a Travel Authorization document.  I've listed the link below.  Along with an approved Travel Authorization form prior to boarding a flight to Jamaica, ALL travelers ages 12 and up regardless of nationality, are required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular (PCR, NAA, RNA) or Antigen test performed by an accredited lab for which the sample was collected within 3 days of the travel date. 

Travel Authorization applications must be submitted within seven (7) days of the intended travel date.

* Wearing of masks at airports, while in flight and when out in public.

* Active testing for COVID-19 that may include blood testing before permission is granted to

*Being able to show proof of health via formalized means (Certificate or similar)

*Subject to screening on arrival at your destination country or any transit countries.

*Subject to quarantine periods in any country subject to screening results.

*Changing restrictions on sightseeing, due to closures or other public health concerns.

*Subject to limitation/restrictions on travel to the destination by your country of

  residence/citizenship.

* Possible compulsory quarantine on return to your country of residence/citizenship.
