A valid U.S. Passport is required. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or missed flights. U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. This can be confirmed at VisaHQ. Each traveler is responsible for ensuring they obtain all proper documents for transit or entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel documentation must match transportation tickets. Please check the State Department website for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Failure to comply with any of these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens. Finally, U.S. Citizens should register all travels with the U.S. Embassy via the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).
Private Facebook Group: Once your trip is confirmed, you will be invited to a private Facebook group where you will have full access to all trip details. You will receive monthly updates leading up to departure and you will have a chance to get to know some of the other travelers a little bit more.
Terms & Policies
Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly payment schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.
Credit/Debit Card Fees: A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase.
Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled payment date.
Failure to Submit Payments: If you should go more than 60 days without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Myrin's Destination Station LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Myrin’s Destination Station LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.
Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 7-14 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit. To purchase single trip travel insurance at Insure My Trip or email email@example.com to purchase yearly travel insurance to cover all trips for 12 months starting at $280.00.
