Through this retreat we will dive deep and gather new insights and empowerment through seasonally themed and carefully prepared mind/ body exercises and experiences. You will leave the retreat feeling grounded yet expansive with an increased capacity to take on your life challenges as well as achieve your goals.
We promise to provide you with professional guidance in a comfortable and nurturing environment. Retreat will be held at Honor's Haven Resort & Spa in Ellenville, NY.
