Going on retreat offers an opportunity to let down the stresses of life, to be nourished by the north woods, and deepen your yoga, meditation, and pranayama practices. You will learn Ayurvedic self-care rituals as well as lifestyle and practice recommendations to align harmoniously with the season, so your health and well-being may flourish.
The Christine Center, 3 hours northwest from Madison, is nestled in the tranquil woods of northern Wisconsin on 125 acres, offering a nurturing and supportive environment for deepening practice and connection.
