Itinerary

Day 1
Yoga and Farmers Market

Leisurely drive up the coast on Thursday and check in by 4pm to Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort . We'll meet for Yoga in the Palm room from 5-6:30pm. After dinner we'll head the short distance to San Luis Obispo and their famous Farmers Market! The Farmers Market is a must see and a great way to explore SLO. There is always live music and plenty of local vendors. You can eat at the booths or find a sit down restaurant to enjoy relaxing and people watching.
