Yoga Experience at Sunrise – Grounding Meditation to start the day.

After Breakfast we will head to El Silencio Mirador nature reserve for a rainforest Hike and to view the volcano. This private reserve is a mix of primary and secondary forest, filled with life, from vibrant blue morpho butterflies to three species of monkeys, plus a wide variety of plant life. You will enjoy a grounding meditation using the deep volcanic energy to balance Muladhara with the assistance of your yoga teacher.

Next, you will visit the Tabacon Hot Springs. This natural hot spring resort features a hot river that flows through a series of pools and tributaries. From cascading falls to tropical gardens the Tabacon Resort offers a truly unique experience.

We will experience letting go of control and allow flowing in a fantastic gushing waterfall where you will begin your adventures; a very exciting new attraction awaits you for the adventure, climbing up a 10 meters-20 ft wall and reach a zip line to the Monkey drop, then rappel down on a free fall from the cable to the floor, and then continue enjoy the following 4 falls.

The brave will rappel along cascading waterfalls down into unspoiled canyons, rich with tropical vegetation. Four of the rappels are along waterfalls, the fifth is down a dry rock face. Guides will see to it that you are safe and have as much fun as possible. Your outdoor adventure will be guided by professionally trained canyoners and rock climbers and with state-of-the-art safety equipment, which is inspected daily.

No previous experience is necessary to go on this voyage, only the desire for pure, unfiltered excitement.

We will head straight to our next stop Ziplining/Canopy Tour. This Canopy tour has the longest cables in Costa Rica and is the only one truly immersed in virgin forest. The tour is made up of 15 cables and 18 viewing platforms, traversing over two miles of forest, and combining the thrill of the zip line with a unique perspective of the tree top canopy.

Afterwards we will tour behind the scenes at Hotel Belmar's farm — Finca Madre Tierra.  FMT was Costa Rica's first carbon-neutral farm, and is owned and operated by the Belmar family! Learn about the challenges and rewards of sustainable farming hands-on.

FMT supplies Hotel Belmar with cheese, eggs, and coffee, so you'll have the opportunity to meet cows and chickens, as well as goats and pigs. The farm also produces coffee and sugar cane. Depending on the day of your visit, you may learn how cheese is made, strain sugar cane juice, pick coffee berries, or make a new friend when you milk a cow.

This isn't a petting zoo experience — it's a bonafide look at how Hotel Belmar and Finca Madre Tierra's commitment to sustainability is a business model making a positive impact on the environment and community. Your adventure doesn't end at the farm though!

Whether it's your first time horseback riding or you're a pro, this tour will make sure you're well taken care of. A well-trained guide will pair you with a horse befitting your skill level. We alternate between many popular coves and beaches to provide our guests with the best snorkeling options depending on the wind and weather.

After snorkeling and beach time, you’ll enjoy delicious snacks and finger foods prepared daily on the boat as we sail to the perfect location for you to enjoy the breathtaking sunset to our synchronized music playlist.
