Join us for a week in the French Alps! With breathtaking scenery set in a quaint village, this retreat is designed to relax and recalibrate your mind and body. Think complete mind, soul, and belly restoration through peace and nourishment.
Yoga, local food, nature, and wine anyone?
Hey! I’m Liseanne — I live in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada, and since 2016, I’ve been diving deep into what I love most: teaching, hosting retreats, and creating meaningful experiences. Alongside being a yoga teacher, I’m also a registered massage therapist and a life coach, so I’ve always been drawn to work that helps people feel better — in their bodies, minds, and hearts.
One thing that’s become really clear to me over the years is this: we all need to tune in to tune out. What I mean by that is slowing down enough to listen to ourselves — what we actually want, need, crave — instead of constantly running on autopilot for everyone else. Life gets full, I get it. We juggle so much and often put ourselves last. So when do we actually stop and ask, “What fills me up?”
That’s exactly what I’m here to offer you — space. Space to soften, to breathe, to feel taken care of. I’m all about creating nurturing experiences that meet you exactly where you are. Through yoga, connection, stillness, and laughter, my goal is to help you reconnect with your intuition — that beautiful inner guidance that’s always been there, waiting for you.
And what better place to do that than in the French Alps? Our retreat at Chalet Savoie Faire takes place in a charming little village, with cozy accommodations spread between three lovely spots — Savoie Faire, Chez Milo, and a welcoming yoga studio, all just a short walk apart. It’s a dreamy setting where everything’s thoughtfully taken care of, so you can truly rest, recharge, and light that spark within
Depending on if you already live in France or are coming from abroad getting to the resort is no sweat. Whether you rent a car, have a car, or travel with Frances rail system. There are lots of options on how you arrive.
If you choose rail you can have your final destination to Moutiers Salins Brides les Bain, or I highly recommend coming up the evening before and staying at *La Radiana - a very nice (and reasonably priced) thermal spa! We can pick you up there the day of the retreat.
I recommended extending your stay in France to see the beauty it offers. Towns such as Chamonix, Grenoble, Marseille, Geneva and so many more beautiful and cities are all a train ride away.
Check in is at 3pm on Arrival day and Check out is around 11am day of departure.
If you have any other questions about transit don't hesitate to reach out.
