From October 1, 2026: Refund, minus $750 penalty, only if a substitute is found. Further penalties may need to be deducted to secure a substitute. The club will assist in finding a substitute.

The Club recommends that participants purchase adequate travel insurance, including medical insurance and medical evacuation coverage.  The Club will not be liable for any injuries occurring during the trip, or for trip cancellations initiated by the participant.
