Do I have to book with the Fork n Fly group?

    In order to attend the private ceremony and reception, all guests must be booked through this link to be counted in the wedding group. All outside bookings will incur fees from the resort that will be charged to your room. You will also miss out on the special perks that will be given to this specific wedding group such as resort credit and more.

Are the prices listed per person or for the room?

     All prices listed are per person for a 4-night stay

Can I book a room by myself?

How do I get to the resort from the airport (MBJ)?

    Transportation is included in all bookings that are 4 nights or more with this group booking

What time is check-in?

     Your room won't be ready until 3pm but don't worry, you will have access to the resort amenities so you can grab something to eat and drink or head to the pool for an early splash while you wait. The resort will hold your luggage complimentary

What dates are for the 4-night stay?

   Thursday, September 12 - Monday, September 16 are included but can be changed to accommodate your travel needs. You are also more than welcome to add extra nights. Please contact

Do I have to stay from Thursday to Monday?

    No, you are more than welcome to switch your arrival and departure dates to stay within the week of September 10-17. Keep in mind that your booking must meet the 4-night minimum to be a part of the wedding group and also to receive the $500 resort credit

How far is the resort from the airport?

     Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ) is 1.5- 2 hours away from the Moon Palace. Your transfer will depart 4-5 hours before your return flight. Please keep this in mind when booking your airfare 

What is included in the package?

   Your accommodations at an all-inclusive luxury resort are included in your package. That means top-shelf liquor at all bars, lounges, and swim-up bars; food at multiple restaurants including the snack bar, jerk hut, room service, and a 24-hour cafe. Great resort entertainment, service, roundtrip transportation to and from the airport (MBJ), Club Mobay, plus the wedding of Launga and Junior, $500 Resort Credit and so much more.

What can I use the Resort Credit towards?

   Your resort credit can be used towards tours/ excursions, select dining items, the gift shop, the spa, and more. A maximum of $100 can be applied toward Spa treatments. A 16% IVA (VAT) must be paid for the Resort Credit used either by credit card or cash

IMPORTANT:

Rooms are being held for this wedding at a special group rate until July 15, 2024*. Any bookings received after this date will be subject to availability. 

All guests must present a valid passport at check-in and will be required to pay the difference in rates in order to be checked in.  A Valid Passport is Required (must not expire before March 31, 2025) 

RESERVATIONS
Rates provided are in US dollars, per room per night based on specified occupancy, under our All-Inclusive basis. Rates include food and beverages, taxes, and gratuities at the Resort.

The minimum amount of nights per reservation is 4 nights, September 12-16, but you can travel between September 10-17, 2024

Please notify your Credit Card Company/Banking Institution when traveling abroad

CANCELLATIONS
If a member of the group cancels their booked rooms within seven (7) days prior to Check-In, One-night payment penalty will not be refunded.

Refunds will not apply when a reduction of persons per room or nights is made directly onsite at the resort.

Early departures are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of the confirmed reservation.

No shows: ONE-night penalty will apply.

TRANSPORTATION 
Ground transportation: Airport- Resort- Airport. Only apply with a minimum stay of 4 paid nights
