When I think of Chenille, I think of grandma's house and the bedspread with fuzzy lanes of fluff in a special design. In this class, we will learn how to make our own chenille with fabric panels. This lap throw is about 35"x42" and is the perfect size for a wheelchair or recliner lap-sized blanket. Come early to pick your panel pack and get ready to sew, sew, sew before you cut, cut, cut. 

 Chelce Detert is the owner of Creative Dimensions: Quilt Academy & Supply in Minot, ND. She has sewn since about 8 years old but started her love of machine quilting in her 20's when she got her first longarm quilting machine. She teaches, travels, and tries to encourage people along the way. Her goal is to love people through fabric.
