For your convenience, we have created two options for payments:

Option One - Pay in Full

Option Two - Installment Plan - All installment plans are due May 11th, 2024,. There will be FOUR automatic withdrawals after the initial deposit, Jan. 15th, 2024,  March 18th, 2024, April 15th, 2024 and final payment May 11th, 2024, for all remaining balances. We suggest making monthly payments so you don't get behind, 50% of the total should be paid by April 15th, 2024. If no additional payments are made by April 15th 2024, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, thus losing your deposit. Agreeing to Installment Plan, means you are agreeing to FOUR automatic withdrawals.

Payments anytime - You can always come into the portal and make payments at any time before the May 11th, 2024 due date, if you have paid the amount before the automatic payment is due it will be counted and the auto-payment will be avoided for that due date. 

50% of the booking should be paid by April. 15th 2024. Example if it's a triple room 50% of each roommate should have completed 50% of their per person total. 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, deposits will be put towards your final balance.  There is a processing fee, this is a one time fee and does not go to gfX. This fee is based on the cumulative total you're paying during your transaction. All payments are due May 11th 2024, unpaid balances will be automatically be charged to the card on file as per the "terms and agreements".

If you're selecting extra nights please select the correct room category under add-on options and the number of nights. Once you have the number of nights, please make sure you select the correct dates in the Participant Info form. Please make sure extra nights are added under add-on's, so that the total can be added to your package total. Extra nights can now be added to your payment plan or paid in full at time of booking. 

CANCELLATIONS

Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, it does count towards your total package price if you attend the trip. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE TRIP. 50% refund if you cancel within 90 days of the trip. The deposit is Non-Refundable. There is a $25.00 processing fee for refunds. PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE, gfX will not issue any refunds due to any unforeseen circumstances.  

Trip Insurance*

gfX highly recommends securing your trip with travel insurance. Travel is unpredictable, even at the best of times. Travel insurance helps to protect you against the unexpected. If your trip is canceled unexpectedly or ends early, would you be able to easily accept the financial loss? Or, if someone in your party required evacuation due to a medical issue, could you cover that expense? Travel insurance can help with these concerns and many more. Insure my Trip, is completely  independent of gfXcursions, this is simply a recommendation for your protection.
