Our journey through Chile and Argentina with Xenialand was truly exceptional. As experienced travelers, we were initially daunted by the prospect of exploring Patagonia, but Xenialand's expertise put us at ease from the start. They meticulously tailored every aspect of our trip to our interests, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience. Patagonia's vast landscapes can be overwhelming, but Xenialand's guidance and organization made it accessible and enjoyable. We discovered hidden gems that we would never have found on our own, from horseback riding along the Ventisquero River with Tito to soaking in the stunning views of volcanoes from Refugio Puelche. And let's not forget Guillermo's incredible asados – a true highlight of our journey. Above all, it was the warmth and hospitality of the hosts arranged by Xenialand that made our trip truly special. Their passion for their homeland and genuine desire to share it with us made our adventure unforgettable. For anyone considering a trip to Patagonia, we wholeheartedly recommend Xenialand. Trust their expertise, sit back, and prepare for an incredible journey through one of the world's most breathtaking regions.

Traveling through Chile from North to South as the first destination for our honeymoon was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we could have made. We found Xenialand through a friend that had their trip arranged by them and knew we didn't want to went through organizing anything after our wedding. The entire itinerary was perfectly planned by Teresa from Xenialand, customizing every detail to our liking. I'm a horse enthusiast and work in the countryside, so discovering Patagonia in that way was very important to me. Teresa arranged our stay in Puerto Natales with Nicolás, their host in that area. The days at Nicolás's house, an authentic ranch in Puerto Natales, were SPECTACULAR. Nicolás was always attentive to us, and we were able to experience ranch life and the Patagonian countryside. With our guide Iván, we saw pumas in Torres del Paine and took some incredible photos. Overall, an impressive honeymoon. A perfect trip where we never felt like tourists; the hosts welcomed us with open arms, and Teresa was attentive to us every day. We strongly recommend you to visit Chile and without a doubt, have your trip organized by Xenialand!!!

This is a really hard review to write. The trip was spectacular and many of our experiences we will treasure for a lifetime. Some of the local guides were amazing! However the organization left a lot to be desired. Everything happened at the last minute and we had to repeatedly chase the tour operator for information. We didn't know the final pricing till a night or two before we left and that was after lots and lots of chasing. We also thought the prices were way too high for many of the activities. We've learned a strong lesson from this and will not be repeating the experience.

Roshan, Thank you for this feedback. We are delighted to hear that you connected with our hosts as that is the heart and soul of the itineraries and experiences that we curate. However, I am very disappointed to hear about your frustration with the tour operator and lack of communication. This is something that we take very seriously and prioritize above all else. Your payment at the end was a result of our continuous customization of the experiences, tailored precisely to your satisfaction through the feedback you provided throughout the process. As you know, we were customizing to your feedback right up until the very end. With your deposit in place, we held off on final payment until every detail was perfected. Above everything, we appreciate your feedback, and we're committed to improving our services. We hope you'll reconsider and give us another chance to exceed your expectations in the future. Regards, Xenialand team

I visited my fiancé while he was studying in Chile and we wanted to plan a trip to Patagonia but didn't even know where to start, we are well traveled people but how vast Patagonia is made it feel overwhelming. Thats the reason why we started considering having this trip organized for us and we seriously LOVED our trip!!!!! This are some of the reasons why Xenialand was the best choice! Planning: We had been trying to plan a Patagonia trip for a while and found the process extremely intimidating to do on our own even though we love to plan international trips. The options we found online were either too expensive or everything we were interested in was sold out/already booked. Additionally, logistics in Patagonia are an important thing to consider since it is such a vast region, so we knew we needed to work with someone who knew the area well. Then, we found Xenialand, and Teresa and Jimmy planned our trip within a month of us actually arriving in Patagonia. We felt like we could tell them the things we were interested in and not interested in doing, and they clearly listened to us because our trip was exactly what we wanted. Also, we were in grad school at the time, so our budget was tight, and Xenialand crafted an amazing trip within our means. During the trip: What is unique about Xenialand is that they give you the LOCAL Chilean experience, which is what we wanted. We stayed in the homes of their hosts, and we now consider their hosts our friends. They cooked incredible meals for us and took us to their hidden gems to avoid tourist traps. Also, if you don't want to stay in their homes, you could always have Xenialand set you up in a hotel, and then the hosts would pick you up/drop you off at the hotel for activities. Our top moments were staying with Guillermo and his family in the Lakes/Volcanoes regions and going to their "hidden beach" for a camping night and cooking over an open fire next to the ocean. Also, Juan was our host in Torres del Paine and he is the most genuinely kind human alive. He took us on amazing hikes and made us an incredible picnic! We loved sitting around the park and drinking matte with him. As I mentioned above, logistics in Patagonia are a challenge, so we were so grateful to be with locals who could drive us everywhere and know what to do. Communication: We were able to communicate with Teresa via WhatsApp during our entire trip and she was always checking in on us to see how things were going. She booked dining reservations for us at great restaurants and even got us a few discounts at some spots. She even sent a bottle of wine to our table one evening as we were celebrating one of our birthdays. Also, Xenialand is always wanting feedback and we felt we could be very honest with them. For example, we stayed in a hostel that we thought would have laundry facilities, but it didn't, and Xenialand was very responsive about the issue. Lastly, we went to dinner with Jimmy and Teresa when we were in Santiago for our last night and it was obvious they know Chile like the back of their hand. Teresa is the queen of Santiago and was telling us about all the new restaurants and hotels Xenialand was establishing partnerships with. Overall, we travel a lot and we HIGHLY recommend working with Xenialand to plan your Chilean adventure! They are the experts and we trust them completely. I've attached a ton of photos that show what a great time we had.
