Chitwan National Park; is a UNESCO World Heritage-listed site and is also considered an animal heritage. The homage to several wildlife, including one-horned rhinoceros, Royal Bengal tiger, Asian elephants and more. It is also home to more than 650 species of birds.
Widely famous for the jungle safari trip in Nepal, several tourist buses are available from Kathmandu to Chitwan and Chitwan to Kathmandu.
The tourist buses from Kathmandu to Chitwan leave early morning at 7 o’clock in the morning from the Tourist bus park, Sorhakhutte. The tourist bus from Chitwan to Kathmandu leaves at 8 o’clock in the morning from Chitwan tourist bus park. The journey from Kathmandu to Chitwan and Chitwan to Kathmandu is about seven hours.
