Marvel at the holiday lights and decorations in Paris, stroll along the cobblestone streets in Colmar, enjoy a guided Christmas Market tour in Strasbourg (commonly known as the Capital of Christmas), and float down the Seine on a dinner cruise. 

The Christmas Markets throughout Europe are some of the best in the world, but the markets in the Alsace region of France draw crowds each year as the streets are filled with fresh food, warm drinks, handcrafted gifts, and more lights than you can count. 

Step into a true winter wonderland on this small group trip of Paris and the Alsace.

This group trip will include plenty of free time to explore the Christmas Markets on your own or with others in the group.

Please note: Unfortunately, Paris is not a very accessible city. This trip will require the ability to climb stairs and includes a lot of city walking. If you have questions about accessibility and physical activity, please reach out by email, rebeccakhera@gmail.com.

-The base cost of this trip is $2,199 per person based on shared accommodations in a 4 bed dorm

-Deposits are non-refundable*

-Additional costs are 50% refundable up to 90 days before the trip

-Additional costs are 25% refundable between 89-61 days before the trip

-Additional costs are non-refundable 60 days or less before the trip

-If you are departing on December 14th, please note that the earliest arrival time at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is 8am.

Arrive in Paris and be transferred to your hostel. Spend the afternoon exploring the Marais neighborhood and the Christmas displays at Hotel de Ville, before we gather for welcome drinks and dinner (dinner at your own expense).

Start the day off with breakfast at our hostel before we meet our guide for a walking food tour of the trendy Le Marais neighborhood.

Enjoy the afternoon anyway you'd like. Join new friends to explore the Christmas Markets, go shopping on the famous Champs Elysees, or marvel at the artwork of the Louvre.

Head to the top of the Eiffel Tower (by elevator) for views across the entire city!

Take the night to enjoy a traditional French meal or experience Parisian nightlife--whatever you please!

Start with breakfast at your hostel and then head to a guided tour of Palais Garnier, the gorgeous Opera house. 

Afterward, walk to Printemps Haussmann where we will see the gorgeous Christmas displays, shop, and head to the rooftop for a great view of the city.

Take the afternoon to grab lunch and explore more of the beautiful city before meeting up for a cruise along the Seine. 

Get dressed up and ready for a night to remember as we watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle, indulge in a delicious meal, and dance the night away with live music.

Wake up early to grab breakfast before we take the train to Strasbourg.

Once we arrive in Strasbourg, we will get settled into our hostel, before heading out on a guided Christmas Market tour with a visit to Strasbourg's famous cathedral. After our tour, spend the evening at the Christmas Markets, trying the many food and drinks, and shopping, of course!

The morning starts with a quick breakfast at your hostel before meeting our guide to take us to Colmar and other villages in the Alsace. 

We will spend the day enjoying these quaint villages and of course the many beautiful Christmas Markets.

We will return to Strasbourg in the evening, and have free time to grab dinner and enjoy more of the beautiful city.

On our last full day, we will explore some more charming Alsace towns and their Christmas Markets, along with a guided tour of the Haut Koenigsbourg Castle.

We will arrive back in Strasbourg at 5pm, with plenty of time to get changed before our farewell dinner at a local restaurant.

We hate to say goodbye, but it has to happen at some point! Enjoy one last breakfast at the hostel before heading off on your next adventure. 

Choose to fly home from the Strasbourg airport, take a train to the Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport, or continue your travels on your own.
