If relaxation is more your style while the children enjoy other activities, you’ll want to book some time in Serenity Adult Only Retreat™. When you’re ready for some more outdoor fun again, you can try your skill at our challenging ropes course with two levels of skill for younger and older thrill-seekers, or perhaps you’d like to play a round or two of Mini Golf with the family.
And, of course, there is also SportSquare™, an outdoor recreation area with plenty more athletic activities as well as a fitness area so you never have to miss a good workout.
A deposit confirms: agreement to the following terms: I understand all payments to GLOBAL PLEASURES LLC are refundable or transferable, and will incur a fee of $100 per transaction. However, also I am advised that the cruise line may also incur a fee or penalty for such actions, but Global Pleasures is not responsible for the actions of the Carnival cruise line. The reservation total is dependent on a group travel rate and are subject to change if the group falls below the number of cabins required for a group.
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. However, your FULL deposit will guarantee your rate as you booked it.
Payments: All payments to GLOBAL PLEASURES are subject to the conditions as outlined by the cruise line for payments. Depending on the conditions for a refund request, will dictate how much the cruise line will make available for the refund. However, Global Pleasures LLC reserves the right to keep $50.00 per person as the agency fee.
Insurance: I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment. The purchase of travel insurance to cover your vacation investment is recommended for unexpected circumstances that neither the travel agent nor the client can control. It is to be noted that if you do not add travel insurance, your entire trip investment as well as medical emergencies may be at risk. Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company, and GLOBAL PLEASURES LLC accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims.
Monthly payments: Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan and as a courtesy you will receive monthly electronic reminders.
Roommate: You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making monthly payments. We will make every effort to notify you if your roommate is no longer compliant with our payment policy.
Changes: Hotel used for pre-stay may change. We will do our best to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are deemed to be necessary for any reason.
Name Changes: Name changes are permitted, name corrections are possible until final payment is received. After that, a fee may or may not be imposed by the cruise line.
Payments made after Final Payment Date: I understand and acknowledge the final payment date is provided to remind me when to pay. I also understand, if I don't make that final payment, my reservation will cancel and i will be subject to Cruise line policies regarding my $$. I understand, it is my responsibility to make the final payment and not Global Pleasures or the TA to remind me that the payment is due.
Late Payment(s): Late Payments and Fees At Global Pleasures, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our dealings. This section outlines our late payment policy to ensure a smooth and sustainable partnership with our valued clients.
1. *Late Payments:* Invoices for goods or services rendered are due on the date specified in the invoice or the agreed-upon payment terms. Any payment not received by the due date will be considered late and can result in a canceled reservation or be assessed a late fee.
2. *Late Fees:* To encourage timely payments and cover administrative costs, a late fee of $50 may be charged for each week the payment remains overdue. However, should the date $$ are paid are after final payment, the reservation will cancel and a new rate/cost may generate to reinstate the reservation. Such new rate could be substantially more than the original reservation depending on the availability of the cabin requested.
3. *Communication:* We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, leading to delayed payments. If you anticipate any difficulties in making timely payments, we urge you to contact our agency as soon as possible. Open communication allows us to explore possible solutions and avoid unnecessary penalties.
4. *Disputes:* If you believe there is an error in the invoiced amount or have questions about a charge, please contact our agency to resolve any disputes promptly.
5. *Continued Services:* Failure to settle overdue invoices may result in the suspension or termination of your reservation until the outstanding balance is cleared. We aim to avoid such situations, and we encourage proactive communication to prevent any disruptions to your reservation with Global Pleasures LLC.

Upgrades: Should you require an upgrade of a room accommodations please advise in advance.
Two insurance options available for you to chose or you can certainly research and find your own insurance company. Whichever you choose, it is wise to purchase travel insurance within a 10-day window of creating your reservation to be able to include the "cancel for any reason" option.
