The Columbia High School Class of 2004 is inviting you to join us June 27 -July 1, 2024, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for an All Classes Reunion  You can talk about it or you can hear about it - It's up to you! 

Stay at One, Play at Four Resorts!  We are staying at the Palladium complex, an expansive beachfront all-inclusive resort complex that includes the Grand Palladium Punta Cana, Grand Palladium Bavaro, Grand Palladium Palace and the TRS Turquesa. We are at the adults only property, the TRS Turquesa where you can access all of the Palladium resorts, restaurants, pools, bars, etc. 

What is all-inclusive? It means all your food and drinks including alcohol are included in the price. Eat at one of the 13 restaurants and drink all you can handle at one of the 25 bars on the property. Bring some tip money and pocket change if you want to check something off your bucket list like zip-lining through tropical forests or horseback riding along the beach. You can also relax by one of the 15 pools, put your feet up at the beach, or enjoy the daily complimentary activities and nightly shows! Oh and did we mention there is a casino on the complex? Go try your luck!

Dress code for gentlemen: shirts with sleeves (no tanks) and long pants or shorts are required in all à la carte restaurants. It is requested that men do not wear sandals. 

Your package includes more than just a resort stay. It is packed with group events yet gives you plenty of time to enjoy the resort or to venture off on your own. ( We're partying from the time we get there until we leave. Please read all details of your package and review the tentative itinerary. Once you select your package, you can view your payment plan. If you are rooming together but paying separately, each should purchase the same double/triple occupancy package and list each other as roommates. We will match you together in the same room. Please read your package details carefully

1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies. 

2. All payments to Global Travelers LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. COVID-19 just shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected. 

3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!  

4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments). 

5. Choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  

6. You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours to review your account. Name corrections after final payment will incur a $50 change fee..  

7. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low. 

FINAL PAYMENT IS APRIL 15, 2024

1.  Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability. 

2. All roommates must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved. 

3. Payments are invoiced through Wetravel.  You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.

4.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@globaltravelersllc.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.   

5. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group. Packages are not al la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private activities. 

1. The vendors require payment on a timely basis.  We cannot extend credit for anyone making late payments. Therefore we will be reinforcing our failed and late payment fees of $50.

Any account 2 months behind will be canceled. A $100 fee is required to rebook. 

2. Any changes such as roommate change, occupancy change, category changes, etc. within 90 days of departure will be assessed a $50 change fee.

Covid19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise.  Below is a link to several insurance companies.  We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy.  If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should)  most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit.  You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance. All credit card payments will incur a standard 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% + $.30 for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing.
