In the evening, enjoy The Argentine Dinner Experience, an interactive culinary journey featuring traditional dishes, premium Argentine wines, and a social atmosphere that offers an authentic introduction to the country’s gastronomy and culture.
Discover the essence of Buenos Aires through a half-day city tour exploring iconic neighborhoods such as Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, La Boca, Recoleta, and Puerto Madero, combining history, culture, architecture, and local traditions. In the evening, enjoy an unforgettable tango dinner show at the renowned La Ventana in San Telmo, featuring live music, over 30 performers, and an authentic atmosphere that captures the spirit of Argentina.
At the indicated time we transfer to Buenos Aires Airport to take our flight to our next destination: Puerto Iguazu. Upon arrival we transfer to our hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
After breakfast, visit Iguazú National Park to explore the spectacular Iguazú Falls through its three main circuits: the breathtaking Devil’s Throat, the panoramic Upper Circuit, and the immersive Lower Circuit. Surrounded by lush subtropical rainforest, this experience combines dramatic landscapes, powerful waterfalls, and rich biodiversity, offering unforgettable views from multiple perspectives before returning to the hotel.
Today, cross into Brazil to explore the breathtaking panoramic side of Iguaçu National Park, where scenic walkways offer sweeping views of the entire Iguazú Falls system, including San Martín Island and the impressive Floriano Fall. This experience provides a wider perspective of the waterfalls’ immense scale, with opportunities to feel the mist up close and optionally visit the famous Parque das Aves bird sanctuary before returning to the hotel.
At the scheduled time, transfer to Iguazú Airport for your flight to Salta, gateway to Argentina’s northwest region of colorful mountains, high-altitude deserts, salt flats, and rich Andean traditions. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel, with the rest of the day free to begin exploring this charming colonial city at your own pace.
After breakfast, journey through the scenic Lerma Valley toward Cafayate, passing dramatic red rock formations in the stunning Quebrada de las Conchas, where wind and water have sculpted unique landscapes such as the Devil’s Throat and The Amphitheater. In Cafayate, one of Argentina’s most celebrated wine regions, enjoy the charm of the Calchaquí Valleys and visit a local winery to taste the region’s famous high-altitude Torrontés wines before returning to Salta.
After breakfast, embark on a spectacular high-altitude journey through Northwest Argentina, traveling along the Quebrada del Toro and the legendary Route 40 toward the surreal white landscapes of the Salinas Grandes. Crossing dramatic Andean scenery, remote villages, and the scenic Cuesta de Lipán, the day ends in Purmamarca, home to the iconic Cerro de los Siete Colores and one of the most breathtaking mountain landscapes in the country.
Enjoy a free day in Purmamarca to experience the relaxed atmosphere of this picturesque Andean village, surrounded by colorful mountains and local artisan culture. Optional visits include the ancient Pucará de Tilcara archaeological site or the spectacular Serranía de Hornocal, also known as the Hill of 14 Colors, one of the region’s most breathtaking natural landscapes.
Departing from Purmamarca, travel through the spectacular Quebrada de Humahuaca, visiting traditional Andean villages such as Tilcara, Uquía, and Humahuaca, while discovering colorful mountain landscapes, colonial churches, and important cultural landmarks like the Arcabuceros Angels paintings and the Independence Monument. After admiring the striking “Paleta del Pintor” mountain range near Maimará, transfer to Salta Airport for your evening flight back to Buenos Aires.
