What is a Book Club Tour?

Introducing the Prime Tours Traveling Book Club

Beginning in 2022, Prime Tours is starting a new kind of book club - a traveling book club. Different from a book club where everyone gathers to have a discussion, this book club will TAKE you to the places you read about and immerse you in the world the author created.

How does it work?

  • Sign up for the tour
  • Click this link to order the book from Amazon (or get it from the library if you prefer)
  • Read the book at your leisure
  • Enjoy visiting all the sites featured in the book as it comes alive for you in ways that just reading can never do

That's it. No meetings to attend. No fancy critiques. Just come along and see the sites through the eyes of the author!

BONUS: We will have a special surprise gift for all our Inaugural Members who go on this tour.

  1. Do I have to read the book to go on the tour? Nope. This will be a fun-filled four days in Buffalo & Niagara regardless. The tour is themed around the book, but the places we will visit are wonderful even if you haven't read about them.
  2. Will the author sign my copy? Yes, if you bring your copy with you Lauren Belfer will be there to sign it.

it was a fun trip. I was not sure, when those of us including our guide and the driver William showed up on time. We had to wait for a bit for the "star " attraction and then wait even longer for others. I felt bad that the guide Kevin was put in that position. Most other groups would have said too bad. I know we were small, but very inconsiderate. The rest of us managed to get up early. I enjoyed the Castle Noel, the fantastic art museum, the river cruise, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Christmas Story House. It was my first trip to Cleveland and enjoyed it very much.

My mother, sister, and I loved the trip. We had and awesome time. The different tour stops that were so immersive and fun. Due to the extreme heat one day, my mom got sick. Our tour directors swooped in and called EMS to get her checked out. They kept in touch with me on her progressed and went to the hospital to bring my mom and sister back to the hotel. They worked the next day's schedule to allow my mom more time to rest in the morning and still enjoy the tour. Since the 3 of us were to miss the dinner at the Amish home while she was being checked out, they made sure to bring food from the dinner back for us. They really took care of us.

Great day excursions, friendly staff, wonderful and comfortable buses, excellent trip. The smaller group size made for a more cohesive group of travelers.
