We had a great time. Everything was great. The company thought of everything. Our experience was very smooth

The ride was good, it was in a medium sized van/bus. The road to Hidroelectrica was long and winding, not the most fun ride but the driver did a good job getting us there. Made two well timed stops. Unfortunately couldn't pick us up from our Airbnb as we were outside the main area but they responded to my Whatsapp and phone inquiries, so it was good service. Would recommend

Our trip to the Sacred Valley was enjoyable, although there was some confusion at the beginning due to communication issues — several SAP staff members didn’t speak English very well, which made things a bit chaotic at first. The guide for the Sacred Valley portion of the trip was just okay. However, the guide who took us to Machu Picchu was excellent — very knowledgeable and engaging. The biggest issue we encountered was the hotel in Aguas Calientes arranged by SAP. It was advertised as a 3-star hotel, but in our opinion, it was closer to 1 or 2 stars. The hotel was located right next to the railroad, making it extremely noisy — we barely got any sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was very basic and quite poor in quality. Some aspects of the trip lacked clear guidance, and we had to figure them out on our own — such as when and where to queue for the bus to Machu Picchu, and how the train station system worked both when arriving in and departing from Aguas Calientes.

Good time on the mountain without rush and nice breakfast / lunch buffet.

The bus isn’t the newest and our backpack which was in the back of the bus got pretty dusty. The rest was fine.
