The depth of the meditations surpassed anything I could achieve at home, providing profound inner peace. Nestled off the beaten path, the resort was a sanctuary equipped with everything we could desire. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs made the stay even more delightful. They offered exceptional services like massages, facials, reiki sessions, and scrubs. Impressively, they even arranged for a talented tattoo artist to visit, providing a unique opportunity for those interested. The culinary experience was equally impressive, with each dinner featuring a different theme. The pride and care the staff took in presenting these meals were evident, enhancing the overall dining experience. The sunny days spent by the beach or pool were perfect settings for forming connections with the 22 other women present. Initially strangers, these women have now become cherished friends. WOW!!!!!!!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Katy Rexing and her Panama Women's retreat. I went in March and it was one of the best experiences I have had in my life. All of the women were very like minded and very easy to build connections with. Katy did an incredible job of making sure we all felt comfortable and connected. Sansara, where the retreat was INCREDIBLE!!! The staff, the rooms, the yoga shala, the beach, the pool, the activities, and the food were all top notch. I can't wait to go back next year.

Such an incredible life experience. Katy was so well organized and her communication was next level. It felt like she was always five steps ahead setting up plans for the day. She somehow was able to create personal experiences for 23 different people always checking in with each of us The food was beyond amazing, so flavorful and fresh. The resort was stunnng. I also loved how familiar Katy was with the resort and Panama so she was always full of helpful suggestions on how to get the most out of our time. This was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on.
