Enjoy breakfast at the hotel this morning.

Meet your guide in the hotel lobby to discover Florence from another point of view. During this tour, you will have the unique opportunity to wander through local ateliers and artisan studios and purchase unique goods handmade in Florence. The city is particularly famous for traditional crafts such as leather, straw, embroidery, textiles, and jewelry, resulting in the finest Made in Italy products. The tour will end in Piazza Signoria inside the historic Palazzo della Mercanzia, which housed the Gucci Museo. 

Lunch on your own. After lunch, your fashion tour will continue with a visit to another beautiful Palace, Palazzo Spini Feroni, a prestigious Museum. Museo Salvatore Ferragamo which is devoted to the Ferragamo company’s history, the life of its founder and his creations.

Meet your guides and head to the Italian gems of Pisa. First stop Pisa, admiring the impressive square of Piazza dei Miracoli, and the iconic tower. You’ll then have free time to explore the town. Your chance to see the Baptistery, the Duomo or enter the UNESCO-listed Leaning Tower of Pisa. 

Afterward, journey to Lucca for a walking tour of the Cathedral and Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Lunch will be at leisure in Lucca. In the afternoon we will head back to our accommodations in Florence.

Together with the Chef, you will hunt for produce visiting a small family-run butcher, vegetable stall, and an unmissable cheese shop, avoiding the tourist-packed markets before heading back to the school for your lesson with your Chef. The class is hands-on, and you will prepare a four-course menu using seasonal products and learn how to make fresh handmade pasta. Wine is also included.

Today we will check out of our accommodations and transfer to the beautiful Castel Monastero , a centuries old monastery that has been converted into a world class hotel. This is approximately a one hours drive from the center of Florence. 

After checking into our hotel, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. This a perfect time to relax at the pool or have a glass of wine overlooking the countryside.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel this morning. 

In the morning, meet with your private guides and depart at for San Gimignano village, the “Tuscan Manhattan” named for its stunning, medieval tower-houses which dominate the town. The village is part of the UNESCO heritage and its main church also known as the Duomo, displays magnificent frescos of great Tuscan Renaissance artists, like Benozzo Gozzoli and Domenico Ghirlandaio. 

Enjoy free time to walk around and shop on your own before reaching Podere La Marronaia, a typical family Tuscan Farmhouse located in the countryside of San Gimignano producing amazing Chianti Wine and Olive Oil. A 3-course lunch with wine and olive oil tastings will be served on the panoramic terrace, weather permitting. 

After lunch you will continue to Castello di Fonterutoli for a private visit to this marvelous and historic estate at the center of Chianti Classico. You will enjoy a guided tour of the cellars with tasting of five wines. At the end private transfer back to the hotel.

This morning meet your guide in the hotel lobby and transfer to Florence station. You will take a 1st class train from Florence to Naples. On arrival in Naples meet your guides and transfer to Pompeii.  

Before the guided tour of Pompeii, you will visit Sorrentini Vini Farm for a visit of the winery, wine cellars, and lunch with wine! You will tour the winery on the slopes of Mt. Vesuvius, the very volcano that buried Pompeii under ash. The family-run winery's line-up ranges from sparkling wines to white and red table wines, to fine wines, to dessert wines. We will have a tasting across the spectrum of their award-winning wines and sit down for a wine tasting and lunch with local specialties from this little corner of paradise on Mount Vesuvius. 

After lunch with this guided tour, you will visit one of the most extraordinary ancient sights in the world: Pompeii. Pompeii, along with Herculaneum, was buried under 13 to 20 ft of volcanic ash and pumice in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. Many of the inhabitants were also buried before they could escape. Today Pompeii is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Italy. You will enjoy a 2-hour private guided tour of this open-air museum, visiting many of the attractions, many of which were left intact because of the city's preservation under ash. 

After spending 2 hours in this magnificent place, meet your drivers again and transfer to your accommodation in Sorrento.

Today, you will visit the beautiful Island of Capri! In the morning, meet your guides in the hotel lobby at 9:30 AM. You will be transferred to the Port of Sorrento to embark your private deluxe yacht trip to Capri and the surrounding area! 

Stare at the unforgettable landscapes catching the romantic blue panoramas that make Capri one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Time to swim in the blue water of the Mediterranean Sea and to stop at the Blu Grotto.

We will stop for lunch at a local restaurant on Capri located on the shores of the Mediterranean! 

Capri has gradually become one of the most popular areas in southern Italy, famous for its magnificent scenery and the mild climate in which vegetation flourishes.

Spend your day at leisure. We recommend renting a lounge chair at the Marameo Beach Club. Here you can enjoy the sun, go for a swim in the Mediterranean, and enjoy lunch and a cocktail. Ask your account manager, Christian for more details!

Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Meet guides and private transfer by vans to transfer to Naples’s airport to take your flight back to the USA.

For those of you going to Rome, head to the train station for your journey north bound.

After checking in to the hotel, meet you guide in the lobby for your afternoon tour of ancient Rome.  Your tour includes a visit to the Colosseum.
