The cost of a 1-day Mount Meru climb is $300 per person per day. This price is a reasonable for one-day climb up Mount Meru. This one-day Meru climb tour is intended for those with limited time and little interest in climbing Tanzania's second-highest mountain. You'll have the good fortune to discover information about the inhabitants of the mountain's upper slopes while admiring the stunning wildlife and vegetation. It begins in the Tengeru Cultural Center, 12 kilometers outside Arusha Town, on the mountainside. Traveling 18 kilometers up and back down Mount Meru takes 7 hours.

Itinerary
After breakfast, depart for Tengeru Cultural Center around 8:00. When you arrive, your guide will give you a briefing on the day hike as you sip on a hot cup of herbal tea.
The hiking starts at 9:00 a.m. As you travel through the tropical trails shaded by a banana tree canopy, your guide will share some fascinating legends about Meru. For the most part, the hike involves ascending a steep slope while passing farms and village homes.
• 12:00hrs The hike really makes you hungry, so we'd make a lunch stop at a relaxing location.
• 13:00hrs We would go for another hour after lunch till we arrived at the Meru falls. The falls are enormous and invigorating, and the elevation is 22000 meters. You might go swimming. After all, you are a person who likes to take risks!
• 16:00hrs We would begin returning to the center after spending a few hours unwinding and enjoying the surroundings.
• 17:00hrs We would return to the center, and you would then be transported back to your home or hotel in Arusha Town.
