Welcome to the 2026 CMA National Rally Booking Form. We have made a few changes and are using a different platform in order to simplify the form. Hopefully you will find it easier to navigate!

Read the options offered to you and select the ones that apply to you.

1. First, select the Rally option.

2. Next make your selection for your accommodation Options 1-7

3. Then select your preferred meal plan Options A-E

4. Finally answer the questions at the end of the form

There is a children rate for children aged 5-16. Under 5s go free (please indicate in the notes at the end if you are coming with any children under 5). Over 16s are to be entered as adults.

Please be aware that all the bedrooms are on the first floor, except for the 2 disabled rooms. Depending on availability, and due to the scarcity of single rooms in the main hall, solo travellers are likely to share a room with someone else. Couples will be accommodated in the same room.

If you are staying in a hotel or B&B nearby, please select BOTH the rally ticket and option 7 as there is now a separate day visitor fee from Quinta.

All payments must be paid at the time of booking. The Early Bird discount is valid till 30 April 2026. Registration will close on 30 June 2026. We are using a platform called WeTravel to collect all the booking fees. These will then be transferred to CMA National UK bank account.

Please be aware that all payments will incur a fee equivalent to roughly £1.50 per transaction, so bear this in mind.

Our preferred payment method is by BACS/bank transfer as there is no extra processing fees. However if you are making a card payment (as opposed to a BACS/bank transfer) that will incur an extra fee of 1.5% (Visa/Mastercard) or 2.99% (Amex).

For our guests from outside the UK, you will be able to pay through this platform. Please check with your bank for any possible conversion fees from Euros to British Pounds.

If you are booking before the end of April, then you will have a £10 discount on the rally ticket which is automatically done for you.

Thursday 9 July - Early Arrival

Make your way to the area you will be settling in: campsite on the left after the set of bungalows or to the Caravan/motorhome area on the right a bit further up.

If you have booked a bedroom, make you way to the top of the hill and follow the signs for the car park areas. Do not park in the front of the house as this area is reserved for disabled vehicles.

Register at the registration desk to collect information about your room and your meal tickets.

Please note we cannot go into the hall before 5pm!

The theme for the 2026 rally is, "‘ETERNAL EYES" -  2 Corinthians Ch 4 v18.  "... while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal".

Let's take that to heart as we prepare and plan for next year.
